 This is a calorie calculator: it counts the calories per gram of proteins, carbohydrates, fats and alcohol. I didnt put fibers because fibers cannot be digested (they dont add up calories). The charts show the total and the percentages. Its very easy and quick: just put the exact amount of grams and the program will do the rest.
You can also calculate the BMI (body mass index) ,BMR ( basal metabolic rate )and your caloric needs according to the popular and well known Harris-Beneditc formula.
