Pooter now has a plugin design; you can choose which of its modules you wish to use at install time or by adding or deleting files from its modules directory.

There are 4 (included) modules to choose from; Thought Map, Calendar, Contacts and Diary. The Thought Map now has an export to html feature.

Modules now remember their state when you switch between them (assuming you have more than one installed)

Among the features: Rijndael 128 bit encryption, MS Outlook import/export, Windows Address Book import/export, powerful search, versatile printout capabilities, adjustable contacts storage with unlimited fields.

• everything is organized into categories ("folders") - as a hierarchical tree.
• each item (be it a note,task,contact etc) may belong to _several_ folders. This is known as "Tags" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tags). Additionally, those "tags" may be hierarchical (tree view), thats why, in the "Total Organizer", they are called "folders" not "tags".
• if youre in the "parent" folder, you can see the contents of this folder and its all subfolders.

If you have errors like The specified module could not be found at startup please read this, you might have a damaged outlook installation.
