 What is ShellFTP?
ShellFTP is a versatile FTP engine specifically designed for fast uploading.
It is engineered to maximize productivity and bridge gaps in the website development process.
It does this by integrating with your work environment, so that it is readily available when you need it.
How exactly?
ShellFTP inserts a new item in the right-click menu for files and folders, allowing them to be uploaded to your server quickly and automatically.
You may leave it minimized and still command it with Windows. This is faster than any similar program.
You could copy the path of a file, have ShellFTP open and add it to the upload queue. You could leave it open and automatically upload files into paths determined by their file extensions.
ShellFTP can launch an FTP browser directly to the location of your last upload, for changes or mistakes.
The utility itself integrates via the command-line and interprocess communication and can be used to schedule upload or used accordingly.
If you have a web server, ShellFTP can generate links to your files.
ShellFTP is secure and firewall friendly, supporting 128-bit SSL encryption and SOCKS4/4A proxies.

Who is ShellFTP useful for?
If youre a web developer, ShellFTP will publish your files much quicker than your FTP browser. It will provide you with the URLs of your files, and can copy them all as a list. The links can also be changed into HTML before copying. It is also useful for web developers who might want to design around a sorting model.
If you use your server to store files, ShellFTP can automatically organize your music, movies, documents and images for you.
For a quick and fail-safe way of sending a file to someone, ShellFTP will upload your file and provide you with a link to it. Simply sending this link to the receiving party will allow them to download your file, and this method is not affected by the firewall issues that hinder other methods.
If you are on an internet discussion forum and would like to immediately display an image, but dont want to open an FTP browser or a free image upload form, ShellFTP uploads faster and generates BBCode for you.

FTPDrive 3.3
FTPDrive is a free tool that emulates logical drive, where selected FTP/FTPS servers are mounted as folders. Useful for example for viewing films, listening files directly from FTP server without pre-downloading whole file. This is achieved by emulation of virtual drive, on which FTP servers are placed on the Native NT API level.
FtpDrive can intercept opening ftp:// links from other applications--simple press Ctrl key while opening ftp:// path and it will be opened on FtpDrive. FTP Drive is compatible with many applications, except those, that use own drivers to access files. FtpDrive can cache directories structure and read files data. Directories structure stored in memory, cached files resides in %TEMP%FtpDrive.tmp directory, you can change caching settings.
